General Terms and Conditions

Welcome to OnTheGoFlix. By accessing or using our services or website, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between OnTheGoFlix ("Company") and its users: Venue Owners (including retail and hospitality venues), Auto Rickshaw Owners, Advertisers, and general website visitors. Specific provisions apply to each user category as detailed herein.

2. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Hubli, Karnataka, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on all parties.

Advertiser Terms

1. Ad Approval and Payment Process

Submitted advertisements will be reviewed within 48 hours. Upon approval, a payment link will be provided and must be used within 24 hours. Campaigns go live within 24 hours of confirmed payment.

2. Content Restrictions

Ads displayed in certain venue types may be subject to additional content restrictions, which will be shared during the review process. Auto rickshaw ads must belong to reputable brands with no political or religious content.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued once a campaign has commenced. Downtime due to technical issues may extend the campaign period to ensure full ad delivery.

4. Intellectual Property

Advertisers retain ownership of their ad content but grant OnTheGoFlix a royalty-free license to display it across screens, on our website, and within marketing materials.

In-Venue Terms

1. Screen Placement

Screen placement within venues will be agreed upon mutually to ensure visibility without disrupting daily operations.

2. Content Restrictions

Content restrictions may vary by venue type. Political or religious advertisements are strictly prohibited.

3. Liability and Maintenance

Venue owners are responsible for maintaining screen functionality. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours. They are liable for repair or replacement costs. Campaigns will be extended for the duration of any verified downtime.

4. Termination

Early termination by the venue before month-end will forfeit payment eligibility for that month.

In-Ride Auto Terms

1. Screen Placement and Viewership

Screens are installed inside auto rickshaws. The expected daily viewership is 32 passengers per vehicle.

2. Content Restrictions

Ads must avoid political or religious messaging. Only brands with an online presence (website and social media) and good standing will be approved.

3. Liability and Maintenance

Auto owners must report any malfunction within 48 hours. They are responsible for repairs, and downtime may extend campaign duration accordingly.

4. Termination

No payment will be made if an auto owner terminates participation mid-month.

Privacy Policy and Data Collection

1. Data Collection

OnTheGoFlix collects data such as impressions, engagement metrics, and screen activity. This data is used exclusively for improving services and internal analytics.

2. Data Usage

Advertiser logos and brand names may be featured in marketing materials and on the website. We do not sell or share data with third parties.

Additional Clauses

1. Termination Rights

OnTheGoFlix reserves the right to terminate any agreement for non-compliance. No refunds or partial payments will be issued in such cases.

2. Amendments

These terms may be revised periodically. Continued use of our platform or services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
